Pray for Peace, Not Israel
Here is some much needed perspective as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict heats up. SPOILER ALERT: Jews aren't always the victims.
This will not be a comprehensive overview of the Israeli-Palestinian history. Others have already done so and I will defer you to their work, starting with the powerful documentary “Gaza Fights for Freedom” by Abby Martin.
SHORT SUMMARY:
Palestinians have been kept in an ever-shrinking open-air prison for decades, deprived of basic necessities, while Israeli snipers outside the fence pick them off. For fun. Israel has been waging a slow-moving genocide against the Palestinian people, who occasionally (and understandably) strike back. However, the body count has been heavily one-sided.
More recently, Israel has even been using AI remote guns on Palestinian civilians to drive up killings without any losses on the Israeli side.
CONSIDER THIS:
If the prisoners at the Auschwitz death camp had successfully risen up and killed their captors, what would your reaction be? Would you be celebrating their liberation? Or would you be praying for the gestapo guards?
Because that is the situation here.
And it's not just the Israeli government that is guilty. The citizenry itself supports the extermination of all Arabs. I know it's hard to wrap your head around the idea that Jewish people could ever have a similar mindset to the Nazis, but guess what? Some of them can and do because no group is immune.
For some reason there is a false mentality that Jews can only ever be the victims, as they were in the Holocaust, that they cannot possibly ever be the perpetrators of evil. Well, some clearly are. And they are called Zionists.
Zionism (Hebrew: צִיּוֹנוּת Tsiyyonut) is a nationalist movement that emerged in the 19th century to espouse support for the establishment of a homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine, a region roughly corresponding to the Land of Israel in Jewish tradition. Following the establishment of Israel, Zionism became an ideology that supports "the development and protection of the State of Israel".
Abby Martin directly interviewed Israeli citizens to get a sampling of their mindset. Listen to their responses for yourself. Certainly not every Israeli thinks this way, but the vast majority actually do. And it’s terrifying.
The two-state solution proposed for decades would fairly split the land so Israel and Palestine could independently co-exist. Palestine has consistently supported this diplomatic solution. Israel has consistently rejected it. And in my view, this is extremely telling.
Expect to see a bombardment of pro-Israel propaganda from the legacy media, celebrities, and politicians over the coming weeks and months after the events of this past weekend. Claims of rape, women and children being kidnapped, the most heinous accusations imaginable will be made about the Palestinians in an effort to trigger emotional reactions, none of which will actually be verified for authenticity. It will all just be reported as fact without any investigative journalism taking place.
This is exactly what the media did to Russia which, incredibly, is also being blamed for the attack on Israel. A reminder of how ridiculous the xenophobia has been:
Every accusation leveled against Palestinians and Hamas will be accepted at face value by most citizens of the West because… well, most people are sheep. While it appears highly likely a strike against Israel has occurred, at this stage it remains conceivable that the entire Palestinian attack over the weekend was actually an orchestrated psy-op.
I say this because the Iron Dome defense system in Israel detects even birds flying overhead and has an incredibly powerful 90% accuracy rate at shooting down targets. Yet somehow dozens of Hamas fighters managed to parachute into Israeli territory…? Sorry, not buying it.
My initial impression is that this attack was funded by Iran using some of the $6 billion given by Joe Biden. Then the Israeli government permitted the attack to happen so they would have an excuse to slaughter wipe out Palestine and boost PM Netanyahu’s poll numbers. It would certainly be a welcome distraction for the U.S. and NATO which have been desperate to pivot attention away from their abysmal failure in Ukraine.
A FEW QUICK OBSERVATIONS:
Did you actually see any rockets in this CNN clip? No? Me neither.
Of course MSNBC turns to a CIA Director to gather their “facts”.
Why would kidnappers film themselves in the middle of kidnapping?
SUCKERS
It’s disturbing to see many who had both eyes open when it came to the Russian conflict, who didn’t support Neo Nazis in Ukraine, have still been duped into supporting the bloodthirsty Zionists of Israel without a second thought. Many have even declared that this attack on Israel was unprovoked. Which is truly an astonishing level of arrogance.
Perhaps the latest developments might wake up even the staunchest supporters of Israel. Namely the draconian measure of cutting off all electricity, food, water and fuel to two million Palestinians in Gaza. 50% of whom are children.
Disturbingly, the European Union has also frozen all aide to Gaza. Make no mistake, tens of thousands will be dead in less than a week if any and all supplies remain blocked. The Palestinians have little, if any, in terms of emergency supplies. Israel’s response is entirely disproportionate and a crime against humanity.
I maintain my position that violence should only be used as a last resort. For the Palestinian people, it is. This is their endgame. And we should be supporting them to the fullest. Not Israel. The simplest way to end this conflict, same as the one in Ukraine, would be to cut all funding. Read more on U.S. foreign aide to Israel here.
But good luck explaining any of the above to our demented, warmongering President. Or the idiotic sheep who elected him.
The holocaust grants special privileges to the Jewish state and to openly question or deny this fact is “hate speech.”
The treating of Palestinians by Israel as new concentration camps renders opposition of terrorism and support of Israel as “hate speech.”
It is therefore prudent to adhere to the prevailing norms, which is unquestioning support of Israel.
To do otherwise equates to “antisemitism.”
Such a sad world we’ve created in so many ways, yet hope remains for a better future.
